Old El Paso Taco

Taco is a famous Mexican food. Its made of corn and wheat shells, and stuff or rolls with all sorts of filling that you like.

Today, we bought a "Stand 'n Stuff" Taco Kit from the supermarket. It comes with 10 Taco shells, a mild Taco seasoning and a Taco sauce. We just add some beef mince and onion, brown and cooked with the sauce and seasoning provided. Some copped lettuce, chopped tomato and crated cheese makes the whole things more tastier. 

The whole preparation only took us 15minutes, and its up on the table.

Generally, i like it very much. The mince with lots of flavour, juicy tomato and refreshing lettuce. The only thing that annoy me is the crunchiness of the shell. It crack too easy..

Justin Bubur is for sale...haha

Today, i came across this photo on facebook. Obviously, its a typical malay food stall in Malaysia. The stall name "Justin Bubur" with a picture of teenager popstar Justin Bieber, haha!!

For your information, "bubur" mean porridge or congee in Malay. This food stall sell bubur lambuk, a Malaysian Ramadan delight.

Traditionally, bubur lambuk is cooked during Ramadan month by Malay community and distributed to everyone in the community for free, as breaking fast item.

Unbelievable David Beckham

David Beckham is well known for his iconic free kick. I came across a youtube video today, proof that he's not only just good, but unbelievable.

小鲸鱼南岛游～Renwick Pie Shop

Renwick是Marlborough的一个小镇。坐落于Blenheim西部，大约有十公里吧，也是从Nelson开车到Blenheim的必经之路。

From Nelson to Renwick (103km)

 当天，我们从Nelson出发打算开车到Blenheim参观葡萄酒厂。这103公里的路不好开，要经过不少弯曲的山路，十分费神。在途中还发生一点小插曲，小鲸鱼开车频频越过分解线被警察警告，幸亏没有被开150元的罚单。。惊险
还好，我们在中午抵达Renwick。。就先医肚子吧

 征求了店主的同意后，我马上溜进厨房。。看看pie的制作过程

 就这样我们买好了，就到隔壁的酒吧享用午餐

溜到柜台里边自己到酒，服务生都拿她没办法

小鲸鱼南岛游～尼尔森晚餐

两年前在这里认识的朋友～小鲸鱼二访纽西兰！哈哈，但这次是自助旅行，还有sarah老师和tony（老师的孩子）也一起。。。。短短的十几天（17天吧？）游玩整个南岛。

在纽西兰背包旅行过的朋友多半会觉得纽西兰南岛风景比较漂亮，可能这也是小鲸鱼只选择南岛的原因吧。。。

很遗憾的是我们在这段时间没办法拿长假陪他们 一起玩。。抱歉：（ 
在他们的安排和配合下，我们在尼尔森见面咯！！

 冬天的白天比较短，傍晚五点多就天黑啦。到背包客放下行李后，马上就找间餐厅医肚子。。。

 就这样晚餐结束啦。大家对这间餐馆都有好评，幸好没有来错。。。phew
