Saw this video from facebook, with this title " Malaysian KFC fight with customers". Straight away i click into this youtube video.
It appear to me that KFC has lost control. How can this thing happen in a well establish international fast food giant? You not only sell chicken, you sell service too!! I don't know if the local authority will investigate this incident... YUM! might want to take this matter serious too.
Anyhow, enough is enough for me. As a customer, i'm not spend a single dollar in KFC Malaysia anymore. Any share investment in this company is off the table!!
