Hops,..?? Never heard of this. Lets look at this photo.
What the hell is this....you may ask. Its like a bunch of flower....and the shape is long, and weird.
Ah haa!! I'm sure you know what's this. Do you see the ingredients list : water, malted barley and HOPS..now you know...
It is a plant that produce bunch of flower like what's on top. Because of its flavour and aromas, hops is widely use in beer brewing by major brewer around the world, including the one on top.
Last saturday, i went to hops field and packing shed for a visit. To see how this big little things been grow, harvest and pack.

There you go. Now, we know how the hops being harvest and process. Most importantly, we know this little plant play an important role in the beer.
