Old El Paso Taco
Taco is a famous Mexican food. Its made of corn and wheat shells, and stuff or rolls with all sorts of filling that you like.
Today, we bought a "Stand 'n Stuff" Taco Kit from the supermarket. It comes with 10 Taco shells, a mild Taco seasoning and a Taco sauce. We just add some beef mince and onion, brown and cooked with the sauce and seasoning provided. Some copped lettuce, chopped tomato and crated cheese makes the whole things more tastier.
The whole preparation only took us 15minutes, and its up on the table.
Generally, i like it very much. The mince with lots of flavour, juicy tomato and refreshing lettuce. The only thing that annoy me is the crunchiness of the shell. It crack too easy..
